What you’ll do:
- Play a key role in executing the strategy, vision, and execution of our WMS product, focusing on innovation, usability, and efficiency.
- Identify, build business cases, prioritize, and steer critical projects that deliver better merchant experience and ROI to drive growth to our brands.
- Help execute product strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, build business cases, prioritize, and steer critical projects that deliver better customer experience and ROI to drive growth.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions and identify areas for product and process improvements in data sharing.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure product management's success. Generate regular reports, analyze data, and present actionable insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Work intimately with UX, and Design teams to ensure the product aligns with user needs and provides an exceptional user experience.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to build a comprehensive and effective product.
- Conduct user research and testing to ensure our WMS solution meets the needs of Merchants and Operational teams.
- Contribute to defining and prioritizing product features and in creating a detailed roadmap and timeline for development and release.
- Own the feature product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, incorporating feedback and iterating for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence within the product team.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors through research, analysis, and testing.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in SAAS, CPG, logistics, or supply chain industries.
- Experience leading feature development and process optimization projects and driving results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience developing and analyzing operational, customer, and business needs and prioritizing product features and/or operational changes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize accordingly.
- Experience delivering products in both US and non-US markets, and the ability to add a global perspective to products and features
