YOUR JOB

You will work with a great team located in Ostrava and Prague also! Together with analysts of network, database, operating system, security, front/back office, you will be part of the brand new Command & Control Centre.

You will be working in Global Command & Control Centre (C&CC) unit for our key customer in a 24/7 operations model
Analysing, resolving and coordinate events and alarms for customers on the 1st level of support while working with leading technologies such as ServiceNow
Handling the proper escalation of critical events and incidents
Monitoring and maintaining different IT environments
Seeking improvements, standardization and automations
Creating and maintaining documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

Willingness to work in a 24/7 operations model
A good level of spoken and written English, at least B2
Communicative and customer oriented colleague
Experience from international environments is an advantage
Minimum of 1 year of experience in service delivery teams
