Our CRM platform is already up and running — a modern, multi-tenant, event-driven architecture built from the ground up. No outdated legacy systems, no technical debt from the past. Now we're taking it further: scaling it, expanding it, and preparing it for the next stage of growth.
We're looking for a Full-stack Developer who wants more than just completing tickets. Someone who has opinions, isn't afraid to voice them, and understands that great software is measured a year from now — not after a sprint. Someone for whom "that's not my problem" is never the answer.
🏗️ What you'll be working on:
• Developing both backend and frontend systems in a high-traffic environment
• Designing and implementing new features — from database models all the way to the UI
• Contributing to architectural decisions with long-term impact
• Participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge within a team that learns from one another

You don't need to be an expert in everything on both sides. What matters is having a solid foundation — and the willingness to grow where needed.
💪😎 What We Expect From You
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with NestJS or a comparable framework
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases
• Experience with React and Next.js — or at least strong motivation to learn
• Interest in software architecture, clean code, and long-term solutions
• Experience with Git and GitHub — pull request workflow and code reviews as standard practice
• Fluency in Czech or English (B2/C1)
