BDR (with German)

• Identify potential clients and develop relationships with them through various channels, including phone, e-mail, and social media (LinkedIn) in the German market
• Conduct research on prospective clients to identify their needs and pain points
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present our solutions and services
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and solutions for prospective clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system

• Native German speaker with excellent communication skills in German and English
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
