You will be responsible for:
📌New Market Expansion: Driving Behavio's growth in the Netherlands, building strong relationships with local clients and positioning the company as a leading challenger in the region.
📌Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a steady inflow of new business.
📌 Revenue Growth: Achieve ambitious sales targets, such as closing €300k ARR in the first 12 months, leveraging Behavio’s strong product-market fit.
📌 Effectively working with your pipeline and keeping the inflow of new leads steady. You’ll be heavily supported in lead gen by our BDRs and by our marketing team.
📌Client Engagement: Present Behavio's SaaS solutions (brand tracking, ad testing, strategy research) to marketing professionals, effectively addressing their needs and pain points.
📌 Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales, marketing team, and BDRs to refine sales strategies and processes tailored to the Dutch market.
📌CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all activities in HubSpot to ensure transparent pipeline management.
📌 Cross-Market Support: Provide occasional assistance with EU and US outreach, demonstrating flexibility in approach.
That’s the role. Who are you?
✔ Proven Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in martech, advertising, or media, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
✔ Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dutch marketing and business landscape, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in the Netherlands is a big advantage.
✔ Strategic Communicator: Confident in engaging C-level executives, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling solutions.
✔ Adaptable Listener: Capable of identifying client pain points and tailoring pitches accordingly.
✔ Highly Organized: Exceptional time and task management, ensuring efficient prioritization and execution, able to work mostly remote.
✔ Fluent in English, with a decent accent, Dutch is an advantage
✔ Team-Oriented: A collaborative approach, with a desire to contribute to both personal and team growth.
✔ Cultural Fit: Integrity, kindness, and excitement for Behavio’s mission to revolutionize brand marketing.
