🧭 About the Role

We're looking for a Broker to lead two key functions across the Carboneg farmer network:

  • 1. Selling regenerative produce – You’ll connect farms with retailers, processors, and global buyers interested in sustainable sourcing. Your job is to secure better prices than farmers could get alone, often by aggregating supply from multiple producers.
  • 2. Aggregating input demand – You’ll coordinate shared demand for key farm inputs like seeds, fertilizers, and biostimulants, and negotiate better purchasing terms with suppliers. The goal is to save costs and improve access to high-quality regenerative inputs.

You’ll work closely with our agronomy, and operations teams. You won’t have direct reports, but your role will be key to making regenerative farming more profitable, scalable, and resilient.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Connect regenerative farm production with market demand across regions
• Aggregate produce from multiple farms to meet volume and quality expectations of buyers
• Build and manage B2B relationships with retailers, food manufacturers, and bulk buyers
• Negotiate sales terms that deliver above-market prices for regenerative farmers
• Coordinate collective input needs (e.g. seeds, organic fertilizers) and negotiate pricing with suppliers
• Create scalable models for both produce sales and group input purchasing
• Support buyer education and storytelling to communicate the added value of regenerative sourcing

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in B2B food/agriculture sales, procurement, or value chain management
• Knowledge of food systems, sourcing models, or producer networks
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English; Czech and/or other languages (Spanish, Russian) a plus
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently across teams
• Interest in regenerative agriculture, sustainability, and farmer-first business models
• Bonus: experience working with input suppliers, ag retailers, or farm cooperatives
