Senior Business Consultant

Who are we looking for?

Our consulting team is seeking new colleagues who are eager to work on projects for well-known Czech and international companies. We’re looking for a unique talent who can bring fresh ideas and energy to our practice.

This role is ideal if you have 5–7 years of consulting or relevant industry experience and are keen to further develop your skills in a variety of domains.

What will you do?

- Provide consulting services and support to our clients across different areas, depending on project needs

- Lead project areas, participating in the creation and implementation of strategies and recommendations to improve client performance and efficiency

- Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' current processes

- Collaborate with team members on projects, sharing knowledge and expertise

- Develop deliverables and present conclusions and recommendations to clients

What do we expect?

- 5–7 years of experience in consulting or a similar business role

- Openness to new projects and a desire to continuously learn

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- The ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management, employees, and colleagues

- Capability to work independently as well as in a team

- Expertise in one or more areas of specialization (corporate transformation, process mapping, CRM, finance) is required
