Role responsibilities

As the Sales Manager for Balkans, you will be leading outbound sales efforts, building relationships, and establishing our brand presence. Your main objective is revenue growth in the region with the following responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of our Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Nurture our existing relationships on the market.
  • Focus on outbound sales to acquire new customers and expand market share.
  • Establish local partnerships to strengthen our presence and support sales efforts.
  • Lead brand awareness initiatives, including boots-on-the-ground marketing efforts.
We are looking for someone with the potential to take this role beyond Serbia, expanding into broader Balkans region.

We look for…

  • Fluent Serbian speaker with strong English skills (B2+). You communicate effectively in both languages.

  • Full-time commitment with occasional travel across Balkans and to Prague.

  • The face of our company in the Balkans. Without the backing of a big multi-continental brand, you’ll be responsible for growing our presence in this niche industry. You represent us, build credibility, and drive local brand recognition.

  • Top closer with a consultative approach. You excel at building relationships and closing deals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your results, and are driven by ambitious sales goals. You don’t just wait for opportunities; you create them. Experience in consultative sales / SaaS sales, or a related field is a significant advantage.

  • Flexibility. You are excited about fast-paced growth and can resist the stress that comes with it.

  • Fast learner. You are open to taking and giving feedback to improve yourself and the company. You constantly challenge the current status quo and are eager to grow, improve and chase development.
