We are looking for a new Sales Director who will play a pivotal role in scaling our business! Are you ready to make a significant impact across Europe in the card-linked marketing industry? We'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies across our European markets to boost revenue.
- Leadership and Team Development: Build and scale a high-performing sales team. Promote continuous improvement through training and mentorship.
- Sales Process Optimization: Implement efficient sales processes and CRM systems for effective deal closure.
- Client Relations and Strategic Partnerships: Acquire new clients and nurture long-term relationships.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and report key metrics to leadership.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years in senior sales roles (Head of Sales, Commercial/Sales Director).
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple markets.
- Experience with B2B sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Data-driven approach to forecasting and performance improvement.
- Fluent English and Czech/Slovak
