Has Czech and English at B2 level or higher (we have 17 nationalities in our team!)
- Has administrative experience, preferably on reception

What you'll do:
You’ll be the first point of contact for anyone visiting our office. But this position is about more than just reception work. On any given day, you’ll be responsible for ...
- Ensuring that everything related to the reception desk runs smoothly (from approximately 9 am to 5 pm)
- Greeting visitors and making them feel welcome
- Making sure that meetings rooms are ready and calendars are maintained
- Running errands (post office, repair shops, etc.)
- Ordering office stationery and supplies
- Booking flights and other necessary travel needs
- Cooperating with the office team, Nika & Martin
- Helping the People Ops team by scheduling and organising interviews
- Helping with occasional back-office-related activities such as event coordination
- Potentially recruiting and managing additional front-office staff
