Responsibilities 🎨

• Designing solutions for complex problems in B2B and B2C products⁠ (Web app)
• Observing and contributing to the discovery phase, including hosting user interviews⁠
• Contributing to use cases and user stories⁠
• Designing and prototyping solutions⁠
• Validating work results with customers⁠
• Maintaining and potentially evolving the design system⁠
• Designing cutting-edge solutions to revolutionize real estate technology and user experiences⁠

Operations 👬

Most of the product development is happening in crossfunctional teams - squads. This is where you will spend most of your time. In the squad, you will play a pivotal role in the product development process. You will work closely with the product manager, who you'll interact with most frequently, to understand project goals and user needs. You will collaborate directly with engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation, while also engaging with the revenue team to align designs with business objectives. Regular interaction with customer-facing teams will provide valuable insights into user feedback and pain points. You will also work alongside analysts to interpret data and inform design decisions. While internal team communication is conducted primarily in English, proficiency in Czech and Slovak is valuable for effectively engaging with the majority of our customers. This collaborative approach within the squad allows you to contribute your expertise at every stage, from problem definition through to solution validation, ensuring a holistic and user-centred design process.

There are tools that we use (but we are happy to take up on yours): Figma, FigJam, StoryBook (Chromatic), Notion, Jira, Metabase (BI), Appcues (Onboardings), Matomo (analytics).

We are happy to offer a remuneration package that is competitive and fair. Whether you prefer to work with us on a contract basis (IČO) or as a full-time employee (HPP), we are open to discussing compensation that ensures a great fit for both parties.
