Marketplace Admin Support (Part-time)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented part-time team member to support our Key Account Managers with operational and administrative tasks across marketplaces (primarily Amazon and others).

This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain real experience in e-commerce, enjoys working with data and structure, and is looking for long-term part-time cooperation.

You don’t need deep marketplace experience — we’ll teach you everything. What matters most is reliability, ownership, and willingness to learn.

You’ll help our KAMs keep marketplace operations running smoothly by supporting with:

• Administrative tasks and internal coordination
• Data analysis and reporting (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Monitoring account health metrics
• Managing Amazon support cases
• Preparing and updating product data
• Product listing and content audits
• Checking compliance and marketplace requirements

This is an operational support role — focused on execution, structure, and quality.
