Through our product – a Customer Data Platform (CDP) 📊 – and thanks to years of our know-how, we solve the fragmentation of customer data for companies all over the world. CDP gives access to organized, clean, and stitched customer data from multiple data sources.

Besides data, we are very good at creating communities. You might have heard about She Loves Data 🙋‍♀️. It's Meiro's founder's nonprofit project which is teaching mostly women about data, digital marketing, engineering, and the world of new technologies.

 About the role

  • You will assume the role of our storyteller - responsible for the documentation for our CDP, while also engaging in its testing. It is important to pay attention to details, often writing user documentation is about little grammar errors, consistency of text formatting, or missing punctuation;

  • Cooperate with the Development and Analyst team, as well as our QA Tester. You need to learn the structure of our user documentation to be able to advise the team on what is where and add more details to existing articles to reflect the implemented features;

  • You will also participate in testing according to the current needs of the team, assist in test scope planning, test scenario design and test execution.

Your regular day might look like 

  • Provide feature documentation (manual) for users and the internal team;

  • Manual testing of our products and website with experience in using browser dev tools;

  • Analyze test results and document clear steps for developers in bug reports;

  • Create and manage testing checklists;

  • Engage in daily standups with developers.

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the manual testing field;

  • Proficiency in using browser developer tools for testing purposes;

  • Practical understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes;

  • Knowledge of bug tracking and project management software (e.g., Jira);

  • Knowledge of English at the level of writing technical documentation.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Postman or similar solutions for API testing;

  • Experience with Android emulator.
