Are you eager to start your career in content management and help shape the future of GLAMI.ee? We are looking for a motivated Junior Content Specialist to support our content strategy, ensuring it aligns with local trends and preferences in Estonia. 

🏋️‍♀️THE CHALLENGE…

As a Content Specialist, you will assist with localizations, manage product listings, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize content quality. If you have a keen eye for detail and want to grow in the digital content space, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

📈AND THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Support the development and execution of content strategies for GLAMI.ee.

  • Assist with localizing content, managing product listings for Estonia, and supporting copywriting initiatives.
  • Help update catalogues, fix product errors, and maintain brand accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure content is relevant and effective.
  • Monitor content performance, contribute to improving processes, and explore opportunities for automation.
  • Assist with search engine optimization strategies and editorial activities, including homepage content.
  • Support the development of tagging manuals and contribute to process standardization and automation.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

  • Availability to collaborate approximately 80h/per month.

  • Fluency in Estonian and English.
  • Some experience or academic background in content management, digital marketing, or similar fields.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in e-commerce and fashion trends, understanding of the local market is a plus.
