What will you do:

  • Prepare contracts for part-timers + related agenda (communication with the Brand and Content team, getting signatures, managing access to the internal system, containing a sheet with monthly salaries of admins, terminating contracts, etc.)
  • Ensure signing of contracts with partners + archive management (uploading documents for signing to DocuSign, scanning, filing, and uploading to Drive)
  • Order service for hardware (iStyle, Alza, Smarty, etc.)
  • Benefits management + payroll report preparation
    - Multisport card (ordering/cancellation, invoicing)
    - Vodafone (ordering/number transfers/tariff cancellation, invoicing)
    - CCS cards (ordering/cancellation, invoicing)
    - Operational car leasing (invoicing, the conclusion of contracts)
  • Ad Hoc tasks and errands - Financial office, document verification, picking up refreshments...

You are a great fit if:

  • You are a cheerful and bright person with a sense of order and detail 🧐
  • You can communicate well in English verbally and in writing - English is our first language 🇬🇧 (B2) but also in Czech - needed for understanding certain processes, labor law, etc.
  • You are proactive and always have ideas on how to improve processes 💡
  • You like to be in contact with people, and you are always happy to help 🤗
  • It is not a problem for you to adapt to the situation and solve something quickly 🚀
  • Proven work experience as an (HR) Administrative Assistant or relevant role is an advantage. 🧩
  • You can be present at the office at least 2 days a week 🏢
