We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to join our organisation in Prague, Czechia.🤩 As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing field sales team.
Responsibilities:
🔹Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the assigned territory
🔹Build, lead, motivate, and mentor a team of field sales representatives to maximise their performance and productivity
🔹Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
🔹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support
🔹Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
🔹Conduct regular field visits to support the team and engage with customers directly
🔹Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
🔹Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organisational goals
🔹Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company's market presence
Requirements:
✅ Proven track record of success in field sales leadership roles, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
✅ Extensive experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
✅ Strong understanding of sales strategies, forecasting, and performance metrics
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
✅ Advanced negotiation and closing skills
✅ Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
✅ In-depth knowledge of the local market in Prague and surrounding regions
✅ Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
✅ Fluency in Czech and English
✅ Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
