REPORTING AND CONTROLLING SPECIALIST

In this role you will prepare various analysis for middle and top management of the company on both local and global level. You will cooperate closely with financial director and assist him during preparation/presentation of financial results and support financial team during SOX and statutory audits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF YOUR ROLE
- Prepares source data for EMEA consolidation
- Primary focus on entities in CZ, UK, Dubai and NL
- Reporting – provides regular and ad hoc reports to parent company
- Prepares yearly budget, analyze variances on budget vs. actuals, providing variance analysis to HQ
- Cooperation on regular month end/year end closing process – mainly in controlling/management accounting field
- Carry out P&L analytical reviews
- Participation on SOX and financial audits
- Calculation of US GAAP adjustments
- Preparation of ad hoc analyses for management
WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING FROM YOU?
- Ideally 3+ years experiences (Big 4 or international company)
- Knowledge of US GAAP reporting standards and SOX procedures
- Consolidation experience
