We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist for our international team who will take the lead in crafting personalized email communication strategies that resonate with our clients, partners, and prospects. This position is perfect if you have a passion for learning about brands and their target audience, delivering high quality email strategy & communication, excellent at content writing, and thrive by driving customer engagement.
📍How your role will look like?
Design and implement captivating outreach strategies that drive engagement and conversations, using your creativity to enhance our marketing efforts.
Plan, build, execute, and refine outbound and lead nurturing campaigns that guide prospects smoothly through the sales pipeline, becoming a crucial element of our growth strategy.
Utilize data-driven segmentation for personalize communications tailored for our B2B audience. Your analytical insights will be the compass guiding our marketing efforts.
Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to optimize performance. Your insights will be the key to unlocking unprecedented success.
Write compelling email marketing content that articulates our tech solution's value proposition effectively, creating meaningful interactions with our audience.
Partner with our sales team to ensure seamless data integration across all marketing tools and channels, fostering a cohesive approach to our strategies.
Plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns that align with our overarching business objectives, driving measurable results.
Regularly generate reports that offer actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continual optimization.
🦸 What do we expect from you?
at least 3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing with a focus on CRM and email marketing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Experience with email marketing , proficiency with CRM (we are using Hubspot).
Experience with process automation tools (Zapier, Make).
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in the English language, Czech language is advantage but not required.
