What would be your responsibility as a Data Entry Specialist? 

• The real estate market undergoes rapid changes, leading to frequent adjustments in data, such as prices, contracts, floor plans, and unit plans. The primary task of Data Entry is to process the data from the customer (real estate developer) and swiftly incorporate these changes into the Realpad software. The role is the liaison between customers and CRM data. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, and the Data Entry team plays a crucial role.
• As a Data Entry Specialist, your main task is to input customer data into CRM. Having skills in Excel and Photoshop would be advantageous but not required. We handle the import of Excel file data and graphics to tablet apps using Photoshop or Microsoft Word templates with a templating language, which is a very basic and easy form of programming.

• Native Czech or Slovak speaker with an advanced English (B2) level. You have excellent communication skills in both languages. 
  
• University student, preferably at the Mgr. / Ing. stage of studies. 
  
• Part-time contractor (OSVČ) who can commit to approximately 70-120 hours per month. The compensation ranges from 150 to 170 CZK per hour, depending on mutual agreement and fit. We offer comprehensive administrative support to assist you in your role.
• Technology fan. You understand various IT tools well and can quickly orient yourself to the new ones.
