Key Responsibilities
👟 Full responsibility for sales, margin & stock turnover for given brands and categories
👟 Maintaining strategic relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones
👟 Ordering new products according to the taste of our customers
👟 Monitoring sales results and reordering the bestsellers
👟 Category management with focus on attractivity of the assortment offer
👟 Negotiating trade term conditions (mark ups, discounts and other conditions)
👟 Reacting to any changes in customer demand and analyzing competition
👟 Attending supplier’s showrooms and representing company on fashion trade events
What you should have
👟 Passion for fashion & streetwear
👟 Pure business mindset and hunger for success
👟 Strong communication skills and ability to maintain and develop strategic relationships
👟 Determination to go the extra mile
👟 Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and/or with group
👟 Good level of English, Czech Language is not required
