What do we do?
We deliver chatbots! That’s it.
We believe that the chatbot/voicebot technology will take over the repetitive communication tasks in the future and help businesses with their resource management in call-centres, helpdesks, servicedesks, internal communication with employees etc.
We want to be part of this world! We want to do everything possible to make this innovation easily accessible and, most importantly, functional!
Some of the leading companies have joint us and use our technology - SKODA AUTO, IKEA, Continental, Invia GmbH, Knorr-Bremse, Gi Group, Lufthansa InTouch and Panasonic.
Our team
Although we are a small team of 16 people in total, we do big things! Our chatbot specialists create the end-to-end chatbot solutions, social media specialists work on campaigns, string sales & account team deliver successful chatbot solutions and of course our development team stands behind our Feedyou AI-Driven Bot Ecosystem.
We all have our hobbies and aspirations that are supported by the leadership team; it is important for us that you grow as much as we do.
How does it all work?
All our chatbot solutions are built as a mix of communication trees and NLP models with emphasis on functionality and business sense. For building, managing and scaling chatbots we use our own technology called AI-Driven Bot Ecosystem. Part of this ecosystem is Feedbot Designer, next-gen cloud conversation designer which is in React language. We use some other modern technologies such as Redux and styled-components in our dev process.
On the backend, we use TypeScript and Node.js in combination with Microsoft Bot Framework and Microsoft Bot Services, which helps us to connect various chat channels. Both Designer and chatbots are automatically deploying as serverless applications to the Azure cloud.
In our roadmap, we have lots of interesting features from the core evolvement, smart chatbot templates, deep tree/NLP integrations, through reporting module, AI-driven wizard and customer integrations on various CRM, ATS, ERP and eCommerce platforms.

We seek for someone with experience with Node.js who wants to deal with modern technologies and help us to deliver chatbot solutions for leading enterprise clients.
