AI-first Project Management Lead

Join us on our mission: Make buying and selling of newly built homes an enjoyable experience. More than 50% of newly built homes in Prague are powered by our platform. But we’re just scratching the surface, as our goal is to become a European leader in sales tools for real estate developers.

We believe that no-code and artificial intelligence will play key role in achieving just that. And we’re looking for a passionate Project Management Lead that will grow together with us into the new era of AI.

🎯 The role:

• Primary goal: Lead our Solutions Team (3 full timers + 3 part timers) into successful automation of processes of our amazing customers. There are many use cases of our customers that our core product doesn’t cover, and the role of the solution team is to bridge this gap.
• KPIs: Usage of your automations, time saved for our customers as well as internal team. Our Customer Success Managers should become more focused, and productive as a result of routine work automations.
• People management: responsible for performance and personal development of three full time and three part-time team members.
• Direct communication with our customers to understand and analyze their problems and design the best possible solution for them.
• Tech stack: Make.com, Zapier, Metabase, Claude, … We expect you to constantly experiment with new tech and find use cases for our customers as well as our internal team.
• Close collaboration with our product team on definition of new features.

🤝 You:

• Speak fluent English on professional level (Czech language not a must)
• Have experience with no-code and/or low-code tools, understand the benefits as well as limits of the tech stack.
• Experience with people management is a benefit. However, passion for people, their success, and great team collaboration are more important than actual experience.
