About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate AI Engineer / Prompt Engineer to join our founding technical team.
You’ll work at the intersection of large language models, prompt design, and agentic orchestration, helping us develop next-level autonomous systems that can collaborate, adapt, and deliver results.
Your mission will be to design, test, and optimize how AI agents communicate, reason, and make decisions — bridging the gap between human intent and machine intelligence.
What You’ll Do
- Design and prototype agentic architectures
- Build a Skygena framework for application of agentic systems across industries
- Develop and refine prompt structures, reasoning templates, and context chains to enhance agent performance.
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLM behavior across different tasks and domains.
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, vector databases, and external data sources.
- Experiment with RAG pipelines, memory systems, and collaborative agent setups.
- Work closely with founders and product designers to turn abstract ideas into living, intelligent systems.
- Stay ahead of the latest research and contribute to Skygena’s internal knowledge base on prompt and agentic intelligence.
What You Bring
Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and prompt engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with API orchestration, embeddings, and data structures.
- Understanding of LLM reasoning chains, RAG, or tool-augmented AI concepts.
- Analytical and creative mindset — you enjoy breaking down complex problems and finding elegant prompt or logic solutions.
- Curiosity about AI autonomy, cooperation, and emergent behavior.
- Fluent English and a clear, structured communication style.
