We’re looking for a junior who’s eager to grow in e-commerce and already has some hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Allegro, etc.). It doesn’t have to be deep or senior-level — we simply want someone who understands the basics, has touched the environment before, and is genuinely curious about how marketplaces work.

Your Responsibilities:
Support our local and global clients on marketplaces — understand their needs, help solve issues, and proactively prevent problems.
- Bring ideas to optimize their marketplace strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Improve listings, monitor inventory, ensure compliance, and help make their marketplace operations run smoothly.
- Work with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Freshdesk, Google Sheets/Excel, and learn how to master them to deliver real impact.
Work with tools like Sellercentral, Freshdesk, Excel sheets, taking full ownership in mastering these tools and using them to their fullest potential to support our customers.
Your story
🔹 You already have some experience with marketplaces
– You’ve worked with Amazon, eBay, Allegro or any other platform,
– Or you’ve touched marketplaces through a previous role, internship, project or your own side hustle,
– You understand the basics of how e-commerce and marketplaces operate.
🔹 You want to grow in e-commerce
– You’re curious, ambitious and keen to learn from real brands, real data and real challenges.
🔹 You take ownership
– You don’t wait for someone to tell you every step — you take responsibility and move things forward.
🔹 You communicate with confidence
- You’re comfortable talking to clients and colleagues, both in writing and verbally.
🔹 Language skills
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and solid English (most marketplace tools and communication are in English).
